Meet Tiffany!

me3

I’m a Wife and Mother of a blended family, a full-time Marketing & PR executive, public speaker, Sunday School teacher, aspiring entrepreneur, natural hair lover, Bible believing, Holy Ghost filled, modern-day Christian woman. I’m usually a very private person, however after wrestling with the idea for a while, I have decided to take a step out into the blogosphere to document and share my thoughts, experiences and life lessons I’ve learned along the way.

Each day I strive to be more like the ever multi-faceted, virtuous woman of God depicted in Proverbs 31. She’s a woman of faith, a trustworthy helpmate to her husband, a nurturing and resourceful mother, a hard worker with a “go-get-it” mentality, a wise spender and financial planner, she’s healthy and energetic, charitable and generous, confident, fashionable, and has true inner beauty that comes from Christ. Some days I come close, many others I miss the mark. What can I say? No one is perfect! But being a Proverbs 31 woman isn’t about being perfect — it’s about living life with PURPOSE.

My Salt, His Light chronicles my steps as I seek a closer relationship with my loving Savior Jesus Christ, and grow into the best “ME” I can be.

The Apostle Matthew wrote:

“You are the salt of the earth. But what good is salt if it has lost its flavor? Can you make it salty again? It will be thrown out and trampled underfoot as worthless. You are the light of the world—like a city on a hilltop that cannot be hidden.  No one lights a lamp and then puts it under a basket. Instead, a lamp is placed on a stand, where it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your good deeds shine out for all to see, so that everyone will praise your heavenly Father.” (Matthew 5:13-16 NLT)

As I share my personal journey — what I refer to as my dash of salt and my single ray of light on this earth — I pray that God will use me to inspire others.

So may our salt never lose its savor, and may our inner lights shine bright for all to see!

Peace and Blessings,

Tiffany ❤

    • Hi Michell, thanks so much for dropping by and for your comments! I’ve been natural for a few years now, and I could write an entire blog on that journey alone, lol. I know you know what I’m talking about. I love, love, love my natural hair sisters ❤ Many blessings 🙂

  2. Hi Tiffany. I struggle with the Proverbs 31 woman. It is a journey and a measure I often used to make myself feel inadequate. Thank you for this, “But being a Proverbs 31 woman isn’t about being perfect — it’s about living life with PURPOSE.” It puts the verses in a new light for me. I’m looking forward to getting to know you through Thee Angel Project

  3. Hi Tiffany! I’m stopping in from Thee Angel Project…wow, what a busy woman you are! I totally relate with the privacy thing in blogging, but then I decided that I enjoyed writing too much and in all the blogs I read, they somehow touch me in one way or another. And if God could use my life to reach others, than it was so worth it! Thank you for your comment; yes, it is a struggle but as another lady pointed out to me, this project came at just the right time for me to realize I am not alone and that others are plagued as well. And the words of encouragement are so helpful! I look forward to reading more about you on your blog! Have a blessed day!
